ib vogt is an international renewable projects and storage developer with a global footprint and more than 20 years of experience – transforming into an IPP. Building on 15 years of expertise in utility-scale PV and a growing portfolio of wind and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), the company develops, finances, and delivers renewable energy projects across primarily OECD markets.
Our integrated business model creates value throughout the entire project lifecycle – from development and financing to commercial operation and beyond. Supported by our IPP model and asset rotation strategy, we generate recurring revenues while creating attractive opportunities for capital deployment.

Otto Jager
CFO (Managing Director)
Otto Jager is an accomplished international finance leader with more than 20 years of experience in strategic finance and renewable energy infrastructure. He joined ib vogt as Chief Financial Officer in April 2026, bringing deep expertise in capital markets, debt and equity financing, and energy transition investments.
Before joining ib vogt, Otto served as CFO at COFRA Clean Energy Group and Sunrock, where he supported the growth of renewable energy portfolios across international markets. He has also served as Non-Executive Director at EBN B.V. and Waternet, contributing strategic financial oversight to energy and infrastructure organisations.
Otto is known for his ability to structure complex financing solutions and drive long-term value creation within large-scale clean energy businesses. As CFO, he leads ib vogt’s global finance team to support the company’s continued expansion of utility-scale PV, wind, and BESS projects worldwide.
A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Otto holds an M.Sc. in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an M.Sc. in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and has completed the International Director Programme at INSEAD.
Jutta Dissen
COO
Jutta Dissen brings extensive experience in the European energy markets and has also worked in the United States, the Asia-Pacific region, South Africa, and Latin America. This has given her a global perspective on the energy transition. Her expertise lies in the management and optimisation of energy portfolios, as well as in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance, where she has successfully led complex transactions to completion over many years. Through her work, she creates long-term value for individual projects as well as for the company as a whole.
In her role as Chief Operating Officer with a focus on the European business, Jutta works closely with CEO Andreas Schell and CFO Otto Jager. She is responsible for the operational implementation of ib vogt’s European strategy, optimising regional processes and structures, and supporting the accelerated expansion of the company’s utility-scale project pipeline across the European market.
Jutta studied law at the Universities of Würzburg and Bochum and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of California, Davis.
Andreas Schell
CEO (Managing Director)
Andreas Schell is an accomplished international leader with over 25 years of experience across the energy, aerospace, and automotive industries.
Before joining ib vogt as CEO, he served as CEO of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG, where he led the company through the energy crisis of 2022–2023 and delivered record financial results. Prior to that, he was CEO of Rolls-Royce Power Systems, where he oversaw a global transformation strategy and helped achieve the most successful year in the company’s history. Mr. Schell has held senior executive roles at UTC Aerospace Systems and DaimlerChrysler AG, managing global teams in engineering, operations, and corporate strategy.
He is known for driving digital transformation, performance culture, and sustainable leadership within complex international organizations.
A mechanical engineer by training, he holds an MBA from Michigan State University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Clausthal.
