At ib vogt, we are committed to achieving true gender equality across all areas of our business. Our goal is to ensure equitable representation of genders in every role — with a particular focus on leadership positions — and to provide fair opportunities for career progression and equal pay for all employees, regardless of gender.
In 2023, we reduced the gender pay gap at our Berlin headquarters to 14%, which was 3.9% below the German national average. Building on this progress, we achieved a further reduction to 8% in 2024, placing us 8% below the national average. We also began tracking our global gender pay gap, which currently stands at 15%, marking an important step toward global transparency and accountability.
Looking ahead, our targets are clear: we aim to fully eliminate the gender pay gap and to increase the representation of women across our global workforce and leadership roles. At ib vogt, we recognise that true innovation thrives in diverse teams. We are committed to improving equitable racial and ethnic representation across all roles — particularly in leadership — while fostering a culture that values every background and experience. We aim to enhance intercultural competence and to create an environment where listening, learning, and mutual respect drive collaboration.
In 2023, 72 nationalities were represented within our organisation — a 6% increase from 2022. By 2024, this number had grown to 77 nationalities, marking a 7% increase year-on-year. Looking forward, we are implementing diverse talent identification processes, cultural competency training, and inclusive recruitment practices to continue building a workplace that reflects the world we serve.
At ib vogt, inclusion means ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to contribute and thrive. We are committed to increasing the inclusion of people with disabilities through equitable recruitment, accessible workplaces, and open dialogue that ensures every voice is heard and every need is met.
In 2023, we formalised and expanded our Corporate Health Management Program, laying the groundwork for stronger inclusion practices. In 2024, we launched the BEM workplace reintegration program, supported by a dedicated representative for employees with disabilities. Our next step is to track and increase the recruitment rate of people with disabilities in 2025, reinforcing our commitment to creating an environment where everyone can succeed.
We believe that well-being is essential to sustainable performance and personal fulfillment. At ib vogt, we promote physical and mental health through initiatives that raise awareness, build resilience, and provide resources for every stage of the employee journey.
In 2023, 199 employees joined our well-being platform and booked 396 one-on-one sessions. In 2024, engagement nearly doubled — 376 registered employees booked 926 sessions. Building on this success, we aim to expand our Corporate Health Management Program and Mental Health First Aid Training globally, ensuring well-being remains a core pillar of our company culture.
Belonging is at the heart of who we are. We strive to create a workplace where every employee feels valued, respected, and free to bring their authentic self to work. Through trust, inclusion, and celebration of diversity, we strengthen our culture and our community.
In 2023, we hosted our second annual DFG Summit, bringing together over 30 representatives from across the company. In 2024, we achieved an 86% employee satisfaction score and expanded DFG events across multiple regions. Our next goal is to continue growing DFG internationally and enhance its offerings, ensuring every colleague feels part of something bigger — a team that truly belongs together.
