Senior Analyst – Corporate Finance & Investments (Remote)

1. minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in energy finance, with a focus on project or tax equity finance, investments analysis, corporate valuations, and/or M&A.
  
2. Proficiency in financial modeling for project investments, including updating project models, trackers, and leading price modeling exercises.

3. Ability to advise on financial optimization of company projects, serving as the primary lead from a financial perspective, and contributing to corporate strategy discussions.

4. Capacity to conduct thorough research and analysis on project debt, tax equity, insurance, taxes, and other financial assumptions impacting the portfolio.

5. Skill in spearheading project and capital reporting, ensuring accurate information dissemination to shareholders, and assisting in issue resolution.

6. Experience in identifying and tracking financial risks, co-authoring Portfolio Risk Reports, and effectively communicating key risk items up the organizational chain.

7.  Proficiency in preparing investment and project presentations, and assisting with shareholder requests for in-depth financial analysis on budget, P&L, and growth.

8. Willingness to work collaboratively across teams, including Corporate Finance, Development, and Shareholder Capital Markets, to create solutions to complex risks and opportunities.
