Job Description

Introduction
The Business Systems Manager for APAC & India will be responsible for overseeing ib vogt's business systems environment in these regions, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and additional modules. This role involves leading a small team, setting up and maintaining efficient processes, and ensuring organizational adherence to these processes, as well as rolling out ib vogt's system setups in APAC & India. The Business Systems Manager will report directly to the Director of Accounting & Tax and will play a critical role in optimizing our financial and operational systems & processes.
 
Resposibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules and peripheral systems.
  • Ensure systems are configured to meet business needs and industry standards based on national requirements.
  • Manage and resolve any issues related to ERP systems in a timely manner.
  • Lead and mentor a team consisting of different responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities for team members.
  • Develop, document, and implement robust business systems processes.
  • Ensure processes are efficient, scalable, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Monitor adherence to established processes across the organization and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Work closely with the Stakeholder and Shareholder Management on a global level and other key stakeholders to align system capabilities with business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand and address their needs and challenges
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and technological advancements in all fields of used and needed Business Systems.
  • Lead initiatives to integrate new features and functionalities that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Economics IT or Information Technology with a hands-on track of Implementation experiences. Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and extended Modules as Projects, Service Fields, EDI and BI.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong background in process development and implementation within a finance/accounting context.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics.
