Corporate Finance (avales) (m/f/d)

Your tasks will include:

  • Administration of existing national and international Bonding Lines with bank & sureties

  • Interface between bond applier within the vogt group and the guarantors for application & negotiation of Bond wording and responsible for the issuance process.

  • Increase new Bonding Lines with support of our external partners with national and international banks & sureties Customer care with our current Bonding partners

  • Tracking and reporting of the compliance of existing Bonding/Surety contracts

  • Tracking the expiry dates of issued bonds

  • Tracking and monitoring of outstanding bonds with our bonding Masterfile.

  • Improve existing tools

  • Maintain and update existing Bond application tool Supervision and updating of existing Bonding manual Prepare monthly internal und quarterly external Bonding report for the Board and Stakeholders in due course

  • Ad-Hoc Reports

Your Profile:

  • Academic Degree in Finance or Business Administration, alternatively a comparable traineeship with excellent results Experience in Bonding/Surety Business in an Insurance Company, a Bank or a construction company

  • Professional contact with national and international operating Banks/Insurance Companies and Brokers Experience within the Renewable Energies/PV Industry 3-5 years of experience

  • Good negotiation skills and confidence in dealing with partners and suppliers

  • Languages: Excellent knowledge of English is a must (C1 required)
