As our Employer Branding Specialist, you will be the creative force behind our talent acquisition strategy. Your mission is to captivate, engage, and inspire potential candidates with our story. 

You’ll work harmoniously with the Marketing, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams. You'll partner with Marketing to amplify our brand, enhance our Employee Value Proposition with HR, and align employer branding efforts with Talent Acquisition strategies. Together, we'll craft a compelling narrative that brings our unique story to life.

Your Job
  • Weave the tapestry of our culture, values, and employee experiences into captivating stories that resonate with diverse talent.
  • Produce a variety of engaging content, from blog posts and videos to social media campaigns, that showcases our vibrant workplace and fosters connection.
  • Partner closely with our marketing team to ensure that our employer brand aligns seamlessly with our overall brand identity, leveraging their expertise for maximum impact.
  • Elevate our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to new heights.
  • Set and manage KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our branding efforts, using data insights to continuously optimize our strategies.
  • Maintain a consistent and authentic voice in all employer branding materials, including job ads, email communications with the Talent Acquisition team, and more.
Your profile
  • A genuine passion for employer branding, and an unwavering commitment to promoting our unique workplace culture.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in employer branding or other marketing/branding roles.
  • Proficiency in crafting compelling narratives and creating diverse content types that resonate with a wide audience.
  • The ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, especially with our marketing colleagues.
  • Knowledge and experience in enhancing and promoting the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to create an irresistible workplace.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure the impact of branding initiatives and drive data-based improvements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and inspire prospective candidates.
