As the EPC Projects Team, we are the core Project Management Office for the execution of ib vogt’s 40+ GW pipeline of large-scale solar power plants. As part of the team, you will drive solar and battery projects around the globe throughout their lifecycle from development, through execution, and into the operation phase.

You will coordinate between our expert teams for decisions that increase project value while at the same time managing quality, time, and budget. By taking full ownership of multiple parallel workstreams, your responsibility is to drive the projects forward to achieve the next project milestones. To troubleshoot problems, you can apply broad knowledge across various areas such as PV Project Development, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Contract and Warranty Management and Operations. Being self-confident, you can work under pressure, adapt quickly to new situations while still motivating and guiding the project teams.

Your tasks will include:

• Central contact for EPC Costing and Cashflow activities and process
• Development of Excel and PowerBI tools and user guidelines together with EPC Departments and EPC Controlling such as: Quotation- and Costing Estimation Database, Digital Roadmap
• Assure regular updates of EPC Cost estimations and cashflows are performed by EPC Managers based on lates market and technology developments
• Support Review, plausibility check analysis and benchmarking of cost and cashflow data
• Provision of trainings to EPC Managers on process and tools

Your Profile:

• • Academic degree in the area of engineering or business, with at least three years of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced skill level and strong motivation in Data Analytics, Power BI, Coding, Tool Development, MS Office 365, Power Apps and related IT applications
  • Strong coordination and project management skills to take radical ownership of the area of responsibility
  • Well-developed intercultural skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Systematic and proactive organizational approach with an ability to switch fluidly between details and big picture focus
  • Technical understanding of solar photovoltaics and familiarity with the process of procurement, construction and logistics of investment projects
  • Languages: English (native speaker or excellent command), other languages also welcome
  • Willingness to travel
