Intro Paragraph
The EPC Development Team is providing EPC Project Management towards the different IBV market teams during the project development phase until the transition to the realization phase. 
 
As EPC Development Manager with a focus on EPC Costing and Cashflow, you will be responsible for the EPC Cost and Cashflow Process and the preparation of cost and cashflow estimations for projects prior to NTP. 
Your Job
  • Provide generic and project-specific cost estimations on a request basis for early-stage projects
  • Assure monthly updates of EPC Cost estimations and cashflows for reporting are provided (e.g. on validated EPC Deals list with reporting requirements)
  • Support EPC Development managers and EPC PMs with the establishment of advanced EPC cost estimations 
  • Assure steady advancement of EPC Cost estimation and Cash-Flow process to meet (and exceed) high industry standards of cost planning capabilities.
  • Develop, introduce and maintain toolset and guidelines together with EPC Departments and EPC Controlling such as Quotation Database, Digital EPC Cost Forecast, Cost Estimation Database, Cash-Flow estimation tool
  • Increase efficiency by fine-tuning and digitalizing the process in alignment with the requirements of all involved IBV stakeholders.
  • Automate EPC Cost Estimation and Cashflow modelling through EPC increased interconnectivity for dataflow between Departments, EPC PMs and Controlling or Portfolio Management by connecting various tools and databases along the process chain.
  • Support cost review process by plausibility check analysis and benchmarking of cost and cashflow data against internal forecasts and market data.
  • Provision of regular trainings to EPC PMs and EPC DEVs for Costing and Cashflow modelling and reporting.
Your profile
  • Academic degree in the area of engineering or business, with at least three years of relevant work experience.
  • Well-developed intercultural skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills 
  • Ability to coordinate well with internal teams and external clients or partners
  • Systematic and proactive organizational approach with an ability to switch fluidly between details and big-picture focus
  • Technical understanding of solar photovoltaics and familiarity with the process of procurement, construction and logistics of investment projects
  • Advanced skill level and strong motivation in Data Analytics, Power BI, Coding, Tool Development, MS Office 365, Power Apps and related IT applications
  • Languages: English (native speaker or excellent command), other languages also welcome
