Your Job
  • Ensure that financial reporting of the entities is performed in a timely and accurate manner, in cooperation with external service providers, Nordic market teams and central functions of ib vogt GmbH headquartered in Berlin.
  • Act as the contact person with the group central functions, including Group Accounting, Controlling and Cash Management, in matters related to accounting, budgeting etc.
  • Oversee invoice processing, monitor cashflows, and manage together with the Director CEE the entities’ budgets and forecasts.
  • Together with the Director Nordics, coordinate planning and preparation of financing agreements for the entities.
  • Manage all Nordic bank accounts together with the Group's central Treasury function.
  • Manage corporate secretarial tasks such as incorporation of new legal entities, preparing board resolutions, and maintaining a database of corporate documents.
  • Ensure adherence to Group policies and compliance.
  • Manage all tax matters (VAT, corporate tax, local tax regulations, transfer pricing) in cooperation with the local service providers and the Group's central tax function.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to create a true and active partnership with the operational and corporate functions. 
  • Develop and implement corporate policies to ensure sound financial management across all businesses.
  • Be the first point of contact for the local auditors and ensure a professionally structured process.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
  • At least three years of related experience in financial administration.
  • Strong management and administrative skills with a focus on accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Staunch attention to accuracy and detail, confidence in managing different types of numeric data simultaneously and consistently in a demanding environment.
  • Strong organizational and self-management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
  • Motivation to learn new things and go outside of your comfort zone.
  • Full working proficiency in English and either Swedish or Finnish (both Swedish and Finnish preferred).
