Your Job
- Building and maintaining sophisticated financial models for photovoltaic and BESS projects among various geographies
- Support the developers in optimising the projects’ output, incl. running financial feasibility analysis
- Support the market heads in the negotiation and execution of M&A, funds raising and sale processes
- Supporting the preparation of offer/bids and term sheets (financing, PPA, SPA)
- Electricity market analysis to understand price trends and impact in expected profitability at project/portfolio level
- Participant in cross-functional project teams
Your profile
- Degree in economics, finance, mathematics or industrial engineering
- MBA or Masters is a plus
- Strong cash flow modelling capabilities required
- Experience in Project Finance
- Knowledge of electricity market/regulations and financing infrastructure advantageous
- Good MS Office Excel and macro-programming skills (Visual Basic programming is a plus)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Analytical skills, structural thinking, willingness to learn
- English (excellent command)
