Main Tasks:
Responsible for the HR day-to-day business matters:
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource processes including but not limited to payroll; compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management; recognition and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment and other policy training.
- Coordinates with central recruiting, recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Maintains compliance with federal and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of local country trends, best practices, regulatory change in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to Global HR or appropriate staff.

Requirements:
- Bachelor ‘s Degree in Business, HR or related fields required
- 10 years’ work experience in HR
- Thorough knowledge of Spanish employment-related laws and regulations
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent time management and multiple tasking skill set, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
Also valued:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite or related software
- Experience in global mobility
- Proficiency in German or Portuguese is a plus
- Open to new tasks and responsibilities
