Job Description

Summary of the Role:
The Investment Analysts will be providing investment support for ib vogt APAC’s portfolio of renewable energy projects across our 10 markets in the APAC region. The Investment Analysts will be involved throughout the entire project life cycle from development, financing, implementation, and asset management. The role requires close coordination within ib vogt’s functional divisions (engineering, development, finance, legal etc.) and with external stakeholders such as potential lenders and investors.

Responsibilities: 

  • Support and coordinate financing processes in connection with project/portfolio’s financings and sales, including the preparation of teasers/information memorandum, financial model, transaction structuring, legal document review, completion and closing arrangements etc.
  • Manage due diligence processes including management of datarooms and Q&As. 
  • Support project managers throughout the entire project life cycles with administrative and operational tasks such as support tender submission, prepare investment memorandum for investment committee, prepare reports, etc.
  • Active liason with internal teams such as legal/corp sec, finance, business development, EPC etc. 
  • Engage and liaise with third party service providers, as required, such as consultants, law firms, insurance brokers etc.
  • Build and maintain project financial models and provide valuation and returns analysis.
Qualifications

Qualification(s) & Requirements of This Role:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact, liaise and manage relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Excellent project/transaction management and time management skills
  • The ability to work on different projects in parallel and to be able to support multiple team members.
  • Desire to work in a dynamic environment alongside people with multiple interests and background.
  • High proficiency in Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • Experience in financial modelling and financial analysis is a plus.
