Your Job
  • Building sophisticated financial models for project evaluation, sensitivity analysis and transaction optimisation for development or acquisitions
  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis for project design to support the Engineering team in investment activities
  • Support associated activities of the business development / project development teams by forecasting and planning the Portfolio (operational pipeline controlling and reporting) 
  • Participant in cross functional project teams
  • Support the preparation of offer/bids, term sheets (lenders, advisors)
  • Support Project Finance Team in the process of assessing financial strategies, structuring, negotiating and closing project financing 
  • Maintain updated financial models for Iberia portfolio
  • Monitoring financial performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement or corrective actions.
  • Provide active project portfolio management support during all phases
Your profile
  • Degree in economics, finance, mathematics or industrial engineering, MBA or Masters is a plus
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial modelling
  • Strong cash flow modelling capability
  • Good MS Office Excel and macro-programming skills (Visualbasic programming is a plus)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Analytical skills, structural thinking
  • Languages: English (excellent command), other foreign languages also welcome
