Your Job
- Building sophisticated financial models for project evaluation, sensitivity analysis and transaction optimisation for development or acquisitions
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis for project design to support the Engineering team in investment activities
- Support associated activities of the business development / project development teams by forecasting and planning the Portfolio (operational pipeline controlling and reporting)
- Participant in cross functional project teams
- Support the preparation of offer/bids, term sheets (lenders, advisors)
- Support Project Finance Team in the process of assessing financial strategies, structuring, negotiating and closing project financing
- Maintain updated financial models for Iberia portfolio
- Monitoring financial performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement or corrective actions.
- Provide active project portfolio management support during all phases
Your profile
- Degree in economics, finance, mathematics or industrial engineering, MBA or Masters is a plus
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial modelling
- Strong cash flow modelling capability
- Good MS Office Excel and macro-programming skills (Visualbasic programming is a plus)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Analytical skills, structural thinking
- Languages: English (excellent command), other foreign languages also welcome
