Role description:
In this role, you will primarily be working with ib vogt’s Asset Management but also – on a case-by-case basis – with the EPC and O&M teams and managing relationships as the main point of contact with project stakeholders based in Finland (e.g., landowners, clients, councils, planning authorities, subcontractors, grid operator, etc.). This position will require you to be involved with projects from the construction stage through to the operational phase, diversifying between technical, commercial, financial and operational topics.

You make sound decisions, based on your own judgement, knowledge and experience, carefully weighing all risks and interests. General tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Acting as main point of contact for and manage the relationships and communications with project stakeholders like, e.g., landowners, authorities or subcontractors;
- Support the management of and ensure the projects’ compliance with key project documents like, e.g., land lease agreements or permits;
- Support with commercial and financial management tasks related to, e.g., claims management (e.g., insurance or warranty claims) or financing agreements; and
- Support with administrative tasks like, e.g., invoice checking and approvals, reporting and budget processes.
Your profile:
The ideal candidate must have:
- Legal, engineering, construction or finance background in similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Microsoft Office skills; and
- Fluency in Finnish and English.
Nice-to-have:
- EPC and/or asset management experience with renewables projects;
- Additional language skills.
