Your Job
  • Experience and understanding of necessary requirements to apply for access and connection permits (guarantees, land requirements, studies, grid operator requirements and legislation).
  • Drives development & permitting process of projects to ensure a timely Ready To Build status.
  • Manages relationship with external stakeholders (e.g. municipalities, Distribution Network Operator, REE, regional bodies, other developers).
  • Negotiates contracts with partners, land owners
  • Coordinates internal and external teams, e.g. legal, engineering.
  • Originates solar and other technologies PV projects opportunities in Spain, both 'greenfield' and 'brownfield'
Your profile
  • At least 7 years of experience in development of renewable energy projects
  • Proven track record in site-securing, interconnection and permitting processes of solar projects
  • Exceptional and effective communication skills.
  • Team-coordination and leadership capabilities
  • ensures on-time delivery across multiple projects
  • Wind energy knowledge is a plus
  • Ability and willingness to travel at a moderate level
  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal/ Engineering or similar fields
  • Native in Spanish, fully fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
