Your Job
  • Control Center Operations: Lead and supervise the control center team in their day-to-day activities, including real-time monitoring of Renewable Energy plant performance, analyzing data, and responding to alarms or operational issues.
  • Performance Optimization: Implement strategies to optimize solar power plant performance, ensuring maximum energy generation and efficiency while adhering to industry best practices and safety standards.
  • Incident Management: Develop and execute incident response protocols for emergencies or unexpected events, minimizing downtime and mitigating potential risks to the power plant's operations.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and performance reports to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and propose improvements to enhance solar power plant performance.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all control center operations comply with relevant regulations, permits, and safety guidelines, fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities for process improvements, technical advancements, and innovative solutions to enhance the overall performance and reliability of the solar power plants.
  • Training and Development: Mentor and train control center operators, facilitating their professional growth and ensuring a skilled and capable workforce.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate within the O&M team and with other departments, such as Engineering, EPC, and Asset Management, to optimize asset performance, manage maintenance schedules, and achieve financial goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports for management and the clients, highlighting key performance indicators, maintenance log, operational challenges, and proposed solutions.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest developments in solar technology, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance the solar power plants' performance and maintain our competitive edge.
Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field, a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in solar power plant operations, control center management, or a similar technical leadership role. Other technologies like BESS and Wind are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with SCADA systems, plant monitoring software, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication in English and strong interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on promoting a positive and safety-conscious work culture.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations and their application in solar power plants.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
