Your Job
  • Lead coordination of suppliers and service partners for Grid works and grid components relevant for EPC projects in Spain and Portugal and potentially other Spanish speaking countries
  • Analysis and development of existing and new procurement opportunities by developing supplier relationships, attending Exhibitions and visiting relevant partners
  • Alignment and monitoring of global prices, by product and by respective supply chain to predict and account for major financial deviations 
  • Single lead to conduct commercial negotiations for its commodity in Spain and Portugal, mainly for Power Transformers and EPC grid contractors
  • Use of negotiated long-term commitments such as Global Framework Agreement or Master Supply Agreement in coordination with responsible Grid Procurement manager in the HQ of the ib vogt
  • Leading partner while creating a livable product standard in coordination with HQ Grid Procurement, Grid Engineering, Legal and Supply Chain Management
Your profile

  • In-depth knowledge in the Grid market and technologies 
  • Experience in conducting negotiations within a dynamic intercultural environment in Spain and Portugal
  • Great communication and presentation skills, with strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • You are a great team player and love working in an international & dynamic team
  • Track-record of an entrepreneurial spirit and proven leadership experience in working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
  • Fluent Spanish and English skills required, command of other European languages are a plus
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering or Economics 
  • 5 years+ work experience in an international environment is required
